I've made this long video to explain what are chakras and where they are located. This video contains a lot of technical vocabulary for me, I did a research to match the right words in English.
There is also an explanation about what stones to use for every chakra, which food is the best to balance, how does it affect emotionally when the chakra is not balanced, which parts of body are affected ... Sorry if the video is too long, but I can't avoid explaining things the best I can.
